Not at all. Women’s Epic Races welcome all levels—from beginners to seasoned runners. The courses are designed to be both challenging and inspiring, and participants are encouraged to go at their own pace.
It’s recommended to bring trail running shoes, water (hydration pack or bottle), sunscreen, snacks, and layers depending on the weather. Detailed race-day packing suggestions are typically provided in pre-race emails.
Yes. Participants must typically be at least 14 years old to register, and anyone under 18 may be required to have a parent or guardian sign a waiver. Be sure to check the specific race page for any updates.
Yes. Friends and family are welcome to cheer runners on at designated spectator points. Some venues may have limited access depending on trail routes, so it's best to check the spectator guide provided before each race.
